Making A Complaint - The Process to Follow

Firstly, please do not approach our President, Chairman or individual members of the committee or Bar Staff to make a complaint as one person can not deal with any complaints that may arise without bringing to the attention of the whole committee. This must be done in writing.

If you are not entirely happy with any part of our club or your membership, please put your concerns in writing, adding your name and your membership number and post in the suggestion box provided with your full name and

For The Attention Of The Committee.

You may have a suggestion to improve or introduce something to the club - in this case please put in writing and post in the suggestion box with your full name so that the committee may discuss it at their next meeting and feedback to you.

Please be assured, the box is emptied regularly and your complaint or suggestion will be dealt with in a timely manner. Alternatively, you can email the committee at smbcc@marychurchconservative.com

Using either of these options is the only way to bring something to our attention so that your complaint or concern can be dealt with in th correct manner.
Thank you. The Committee.
